Digital Dentistry
The range of materials, processes and design options available through a digital workflow have expanded the scope for dental appliances over the past couple of decades. In recent years the accessibility of these options has become more mainstream.

3D Printed model
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a process that constructs three-dimensional objects by layering raw materials. In the field of dentistry, this technology is utilized to create precise dental restorations and components. These items are then carefully refined by technicians to ensure their suitability for long-term use within the mouth.
Dental 3D printing is particularly beneficial for producing dental restorations and working models directly from intraoral scans. Its advantages include exceptional precision, consistency, reduced clinical time, and minimal material wastage when compared to conventional manufacturing methods.
We are equipped with cutting-edge equipment to offer a comprehensive range of digital dentistry services, including dental 3D printing and CAD/CAM dental restorations. We have the capability to import digital data from various intraoral scanners and can also convert analog models into digital .stl files.
Upon receiving intraoral scan data, we utilize it to meticulously design and 3D print models with precision. Dental 3D printing is employed in various applications, such as crown and bridge work, implantology, prosthetics, and orthodontics, with numerous products manufactured based on the .stl file data. This ensures that patients receive restorations that are not only highly accurate but also aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective, exceeding their expectations.
